Here’s how we enhance the flavour of your marketing plate with Meta or Google Ads Intensives:
Week 1:
Strategy Development
We begin with our initial kick-off call to ensure we’re all on the same page with timelines and requirements before we develop your strategy.
With access to your ad platform and content, we commence strategy development including proposal on budget distribution, campaign breakdown (maximum of 3), and ad creative briefs for Meta Ads.
This strategy is presented to you on a call before implementation to ensure we haven’t missed anything.
Weeks 2 - 3:
Campaign Setup & Handover
Once we have the green light on our strategy proposal, we begin editing your ad creatives using the content you provide. (Please note: we can shoot content for you, but this is an additional cost).
Your campaign build includes audience targeting and up to 5 ad creatives per campaign with customised Feed & Story ad placements.
Once everything is ready, we will book your Handover Call to walk you through your campaigns and ensure you feel familiar with your account structure. Your ads go live here!
Weeks 5 - 7:
Optimisation & Check-ins
After two weeks of your ads being live, we book your first Fortnightly Optimisation Training call. This ensures you feel confident reading the results and know what to do with the campaign data moving forward. Email support is provided during this period all call recordings are sent to you.
Following the Ad Intensives, you have the option to invest in ongoing Ads Manager Mentorship, including a 1x 30min monthly check-in call and email support.
If you would like to set up the campaigns with us to understand the ins-and-outs of ads, our 1:1 Trainings are a better option.

But always keep testing!
How long until I see results?
While we can start to see your approved ads reach people within a few minutes of going live, more meaningful data comes with time. We ensure your conversion tracking is set up correctly and allows us to analyse different parts of your funnel. This ensures we can see where people may be dropping off and what we could do to fix that to maximise your results.
The first month together consists of many hours auditing previous results and developing a tailored strategy for your business. We would hate to see that be a waste of your time and ours. In month two, our strategy is activated and we start to see valuable data that provides insights into what is and isn’t working. Our third month together is really where we can start to tweak things and hone in on what is driving results.
As a result, we have a minimum three-month trial period for Meta Ads Management, so that we have enough time to test strategies to see what works and what doesn’t.
I have seen other agencies guarantee results. You don’t seem to – is that because you can’t?
