Meet the Founder

I’m a people person, dog lover and serial entrepreneur. Okay, fine, I maaaay have started my first 'business' at 12, when I founded The JITS Society [short for, 'Jobs in the Study', obviously].

Over the decade to follow, I realised my dream of being the next TV Presenter for travel show, Getaway, wasn’t *actually* something I wanted to achieve.

Instead? My marketing degree, agency experience and passion for truly impacting [and scaling] businesses through paid ads led me to starting my freelancing journey, turned agency owner of JES Solution Marketing.

Fast forward 7 years, and the business wasn’t *just* me anymore. We had evolved into a small [but mighty] all-female team, and to reflect that levelling up, we rebranded.

Enter: Seasoned Digital.

Marketing & Account Manager

Nicole’s week involves developing overall marketing strategies, communicating with clients, facilitating monthly strategy calls and seeking opportunities to optimise and scale. In her spare time, Nicole loves designing and making her own clothes, writing and playing music, and spending time with her pets, including her two dogs and three cats, which were all rescued and rehomed.

Marketing Coordinator

Ella’s week is primarily focused on implementing campaigns for our paid ads clients, gaining insights from results and preparing weekly and monthly reports. Outside of work, you’ll find Ella in the pilates studio, scrolling through TikTok, catching up on reality TV shows or out for dinner and drinks with her friends.

We have your business’ best interest at heart and are always looking for new strategies and ideas to implement to scale! We aim to focus on being as proactive as possible, rather than reactive.

We are an intentionally small agency, meaning if you are one of our ongoing Ads Management clients – our whole team works on your ad account and is on your monthly strategy calls. (No, you won’t be palmed off to a Junior or Intern, and your Account Manager won’t change every three months).

We only have capacity to bring on a limited number of ongoing clients at any one time, so you get *much* more than set-and-forget campaigns those big agencies with 100+ clients glaze over once a month when they generate you your automated report filled with jargon (you know the ones).

You can rest assured you will feel taken care of and not be competing for attention.

We don’t gatekeep results or strategy. You own your entire ad account, all of the data and all the creatives we make for you. In an industry where the unfortunate norm seems to be overpromising and underdelivering, we share with you what’s working and what’s not.

Our clients know that they can trust our strategy recommendations, because we always have our finger on the pulse and share with them the ‘why’ behind our decisions. We keep up to date with industry changes and platform updates to ensure your strategy isn’t set-and-forget (or copy-paste).
